I'd like to ask a question for the audience: what specific platform teams are the designers of the Golden Path? I have seen some tribes around programming languages, but I wonder if this requires a collaborative effort between different platform teams.

Heya! We have a hybrid setup. Both guilds and platform teams write "primer"s, which in total form the golden path. This can be done by either the guild or platform team. Very often at least one representative from a platform team is part of a guild

@Jelmer Borst and how do you manage that? Is there a global repository for Golden Paths and every body can contribute? Or anyone can create a golden path or those guilds are the official approvers?

At the moment it's in Confluence. So just people commenting, and improving the docs. Additionally, we use Tech Radars for demoting old tech and approving new tech.
