As a disclaimer, I work for a company in the developer control plane space, rather than the PaaS space :slightly_smiling_face:

So, with that in mind, I would say for companies without product-market fit, aim for a PaaS -- the more time/money you spend rangling K8s, the less time you spend innovating on product

For everyone else, I see more benefits for a control plane approach
