I know there’s been folks interested in working on a TeamCity plugin, but unsure if this ever took off. You could try and bump <https://github.com/backstage/backstage/issues/833|[Plugin] Teamcity> a bit and ask around on discord (for links, see <https://backstage.io/community>)

Sometimes it just needs a push :wink: I think there might be plugins one could leverage as a quick start for this!
