Anyone has a diagram of a team topology that fits with multi service/deployment (per customer) environment? Is there an Operations team managing the deployment/upgrades? Since each deployment is unique.. Trying to wrap my head around this bit.

This is typical in a large-scale system, you would need staging rollout in CD, there was an operational team doing that, and we have automated that and replaced with Tools.

Thanks for your response. Right now, trying to figure out the topology of the teams with this configuration.. until that workflow is fully automated and the tools owned by the Platform team.

I think it really depends on several additional factors:
• the size of your team
• whether the changes in the deployments can be abstracted away such that people can work on the deployments without knowing all the details
We are a very small team (8), and currently do not have a separate operations team. People use infra we built that takes into account each customer's deployment configuration and allows them to perform the actions they need
