Hi Arun,
I feel you can derive the KPIs from Platform Engineering definition. For example, we can try to measure whether self-service really true for Platform. Number of support tickets is another. Net Promoter Score (NPS) is important if we consider Platform as a Product.

I am trying to measure a downward trend on manual tickets received coupled with a upward trend on the percentage of portfolio that is self-service
