Hi, I’m working/researching a way to get better info from our kubernetes logs (from our internal platform) and I wonder if anyone got any suggestions. I send pods logs to aws cloud watch and I wonder whats the best way forward: opensearch, elastic, splunk, graylog, etc Checking logs in cloudwatch is annoying.

Datadog makes it easy but there is a cost to it lol, you could try https://grafana.com/logs/ loki and then send them to grafana
I have heard good things about loki

@R2Dtoo have you tried CloudWatch Logs Insights? Can be less annoying than classical CloudWatch logs view... My friend is doing a POC of Loki for his company but I don't have to much info from him yet. Looks promising though.
