Hello all - we’re early on our transformation to a Platform Engineering Team and hoped to collaborate with others who have either build a cloud skills program for their teams or are interested in building a cloud skills program? I don’t have an idea of what the end-state looks like so I’m really starting from the beginning. I’d welcome some informed thoughts or ideas from the group how to approach this. Thanks in advance.
