Hello everyone ! I just joined this group! I love being able to join in continuing to share and expand the Platform engineering culture and methodology! I’ll tell you a little about myself, I’m Juanjo Behrend, current Head of Infra and Platform of a fintech startup from LATAM. Leading the Devops, SRE, Platform, IT operations, Data engineer, BI and Fraud Prevention teams. With more than 15 years of experience since I founded my own company, I worked in 3 large startups in Latin America, I worked in large corporations such as IBM and Telefónica, and leading companies in my country. On the other hand, I am a professor at the Technological University of Uruguay and at 2 academies. In the last few years, I specialized in the fintech and cloud aws field above all. We built our one Internal Developer Platform using Backstage + AWS Service Catalog + Cloudformation , and lot’s of api and plugins ! Using Kubernetes, New Relic , Datalake connection to athena etc. Anyone who wants to chat or who sees that they can collaborate let me know!
