Hi folks! I’m Jared from NYC, currently running Platform Eng (more backend services platform than IDP in this case) at Codecademy. I’m starting a new gig at SiriusXM in August, where I’ll also be leading the Platform org (actual Platform in this case) there. I’ve got a lot to learn in the space since my career has been with Platform-adjacent software engineering teams rather than being responsible for the platform itself, so I’m looking forward to learning from everyone here!
