@Ben Voss thank you, I read this paper. I would love to learn more about how people applied SPACE in practice, do you have any personal experience that you can share about this? this will be very helpful!

Here is a good example -- Adam Rogal of DoorDash talking about how they use the SPACE framework to create "heat maps" and those heat maps are used to determine goals and OKRs the team will focus on: (start around the 15 minute mark). I've spoken with two other orgs that do things in a similar way and am happy to chat through ideas if you need. It's certainly a developing area for platform engineering.
