Hey there! I’m Ignacio, and I work at Twilio as a Site Reliability Engineer. Our team is currently focused on spreading the reliability culture at the business unit we work on. We are starting by measuring SLOs at all places where it makes sense, and we will move forward with other reliability initiatives we have in mind like adopting Chaos Engineering practices and so on.
