I don't know about something like this for a platform engineer, other than the devops roadmap.

I'm not convinced a platform engineer is any different to a software engineer. They are both building products but it just so happens that platform engineers build products for a specific set of users.  The only caveat is that not all organisations treat platforms like a product, and so those teams have to learn about UX and product management, but this shouldnt be the case.
