Hello Andy, what would be the best way to create the COP? is like a wiki page or some formal reunion with agenda, how to start from zero to the a mature COP?

Hey <@U05659KL150> !  Yes, whatever capability your company uses for collaboration and knowledge sharing e.g. wiki is a great place to start.

a good first step is to spend time strategizing on what problem you want the CoP to solve.  Then use that to build a proposal and find an accountable executive that can be a sponsor for the CoP

So the CoP would be very specific to hat problem you trying to solve. In that sense you can end up with multiple CoP for differente purposes, is that like that? how do yo manage that?

well typically a CoP is focused on a domain that has multiple problems
