@Abi Noda really useful talk! How do you account for the fact that highly productive engineering teams may have developers with diverse experience levels and backgrounds, contradicting the findings that experience level and pedigree do not predict team productivity?

Using statistics/regressions, we can isolate and test those different variables to see what has the greatest predictive power versus not!
