Hi - sort of observability but more just general end user support.... I want a tool like TeamViewer for remotely control mainly windows machines desktops. Happy to setup my own cloud rendezvous server but don't want to pay as much as TeamViewer. Pre login control nice but not essential - unattended access a must. Ideas please - was thinking of doing ssh from the Windows machine to a cloud server with a keep alive on a reverse tunnel and VNC Server running on each machine but.... Something nicely packaged rather than rolling my own would be better!
