It's always a good exercise to fill in a business model canvas to validate whether you treat your platform as a product and are clear on various product aspects of it. That said, I would take a broader perspective on customer relationships (not just interaction types of Team Topologies). The Dutch chamber of commerce has a good explanation on the "customer relations" part of the business model canvas.
[The Customer Relations block] helps you to figure out how you want to communicate with your customer. This can vary by customer group. Whether you opt for automated or personal contact depends on your goal. Do you want to attract new customers or retain existing ones? Are you aiming for faster delivery times or do you want to receive better customer reviews? The customer relationships and contact moments you choose affect the impression you leave with your customer. A good customer experience can ultimately earn you money.
