Do you want training for your AWS certs, or training for how to run a workshop?

If your focus is on AWS, I would start with the associate architect cert to get an overview. Then depending on your interest/need move on to other certs.
But keep in mind that certs shouldn't be the only source of knowledge. Practicing, being involved, making mistakes, reading books, documentation, attending conferences, watching videos, gaining the experience is more valuable.
Then you can build your workshop plan.

Two weeks ago I passed Cloud Practicioner Certification, but now I want to focus more in practice and continue with Solutions Arquitect Certification. I would like to do at same time exercises with Terraform.

Hi <@U05BH6Y9SM8>, I always recommend official training resources. AWS has excellent documentation and the skillbuilder platform that has tons of free courses. For terraform, again the official docs and training material they have related to AWS.
Freecodecamp also has an excellent course. Udemy has many as well, depending on your interest.
To practice you just set up an account on AWS and start building the things you see in these courses, either in the console or using the cli or with terraform.
