If the culture is good and the folks building the things just can't find alignment due to personal preference, a two pronged approach is useful: • start requiring small timeboxed spikes/wireframes of ideas to prove a point. This forces folks to invest a bit and think their opinions though enough to be well informed. • start requiring RFC's that get visibility across the RACI matrix before projects are kicked-off (disagree). Once the project actually kicks off, everyone needs to understand that success/failure reflects on the entire team, not just the folks on the project (commit)
