Nice presentation! I would like to see now a real life example to understand better how this looks in practice 🙂

+1. i also watched the talk in its entirety and the audience was largely aimed at practitioners on the engineering side who sit inside SMB organizations. i think it would be great if there is a similar talk aimed at more mature enterprises where the scale and complexity is a bit bigger. in addition, it would be great to capture a more of a product lens / view that can help one get started. e.g. how do I assess a TAM and identify the right set of user stories to focus on as a part of my MVP implementation?

Hi @Jordan Chernev - great idea! I think we can certainly put something together that looks at the context of MVPs inside a large enterprise. It is probably good to note though that the principle of "start small and think long term" does also apply to enterprise setups - in fact, a lot of the work we did building out this model happened inside of some fairly substantial enterprise companies. Its on the expansion side that things CAN look different though, so that is definitely something another webinar will dive into.
@Juan Almeyda For sure! This week's webinar will address the hands-on implementation to show you what things look like "irl". You can also use the Reference Architectures I mentioned to quickstart something -- you can check those out here.

agreed on approach. i think the opportunity i see for larger enterprises is folks understanding the idea / concept but unsure how and where to start without having a good subset of user stories to guide that early and very important decision making. note, it would look different for each organization depending on cultural, business, technical contexts so providing a mental template is probably more valuable over specific prescriptive guidance. i hope this makes sense and we are in a potential violent agreement 🙂

Violent agreement achieved 😂 It may also help to show, in anonymized detail, what this process has actually looked like inside a few large scale enterprises to at least give you that mental template and some ideas for starting things off. Keep an eye out to the events page! We will for sure be looking on doing more webinars on this topic and it is a GREAT idea to look at the enterprise context.
