Here are a few guideline questions, feel free to share anything else: 1. how many different projects/systems are you in charge of? How do you keep track of them? 2. What’s the dynamics between you and the dev teams? Do you have regular meeting/other forms of syncing about new feature releases and their priority? 3. Which tools/use cases do you self-serve? 4. Say a dev team wants to release a new version for a system or a micro-service, is it all automated? Even in cases of architectural changes? 5. what’s your most common runtime environment? Is it k8s? 6. who do you/your team reports to in the org? How are you being measured?

I have two main reasons: one is for an open source project I’m currently working on aiming to serve many roles in an organization - https://github.com/zvikfir/gitgud, and the second is that I’ve only been in two organizations and worked mainly on-premise so I’m curios about how things look in other orgs.
