Hey friends, wondering how many of you (specifically pm's in platform engineering) work with your engineer teams to prioritize quarterly products / initiatives. I'm getting the sense that sometimes in plat eng PM's get more of a side-car view of the priorities (they help with solution discovery, validation, adoption, etc.) but not always prioritization of large scale initiatives. Wanted to hear some stories / opinions 'from the field' in your respective orgs How many of you feel like you 'own' this quarters priorities
