Equity Based CTO - Candidate Requirements – Full Stack / AI Engineer Core Tech Stack • Backend: Node.js, Supabase/PostgreSQL or MongoDB, GraphQL, REST APIs • Frontend: React / Next.js (mobile-optimized, dashboards, patient/therapist UIs) • AI/NLP: OpenAI Whisper, Hugging Face, Hume AI for speech-to-text, mood, and emotion detection • Infra & DevOps: AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring (PostHog), security compliance (HIPAA) • Data: Handling both structured and unstructured data with low-latency APIs (<200–300ms) Must-Have Skills • 3–5+ years full stack development (Node.js + React/Next.js + TypeScript) • Strong API design and scalable backend development • Solid NoSQL/SQL database design (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) • Experience with speech-to-text pipelines and NLP sentiment/emotion detection • Authentication & Security (OAuth, Clerk, Supabase auth, RBAC, encryption) • Cloud deployment & observability (CI/CD, logging, monitoring, performance optimization) Bonus Skills • Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, Mastra, RAG systems, vector stores • Knowledge of MCP servers and real-time communication protocols • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare tech (EHR integrations, risk alerts, clinical dashboards) • Mobile/React Native development • UI testing frameworks (Storybook, Jest, Cypress)
