One of the expectations for the Tech Platform PM is to increase the adoption of *self-service and automation workflows.* 
When we say automation workflow, these are the workflows that could be adopted in GitHub and reused.
How do you measure the adoption in this case?
I was relying on Swarmia, but it normally does not provide the necessary depth, rather keeps on the PR level.
