Great breakdown of the TPM landscape. What really stands out is how the A-F spectrum mirrors the gaps I’ve seen in large orgs where Platform and Product often disconnect around D (DevEx) and F (Strategy).
My own focus lately has been on reclaiming wasted engineering time through Developer Experience and Platform ROI modeling (DORA + SPACE metrics). Seeing frameworks like this helps bridge the language between Product thinking and technical execution, which is exactly where TPMs can create the most leverage.
Curious how are others here quantifying the value side of TPM work beyond delivery velocity? Are you tracking flow, satisfaction or cost recovery through DevEx initiatives?

Thanks yes , I am also covering the cost avoidance and cost savings for the value side depending on the app team use case Example : if a app team want to build something from scratch front end , backend and cluster how long it takes and cost to set this up with soft labor This we are calling cost avoidance and as well I have framework established in my current work to calculate those values
