Hey all, Any tips, pointers, guidance on creating a RACI matrix for platform engineering. We are trying to figure out the boundaries around what platform team does vs what app dev team does. I have a broad idea, but if there is any detailed template or example available, I’d love to look at it

not exactly what you asked but maybe helpful as well. we chose to approach it from a jobs-to-be-done perspective. Which JTBD and personas are taken care of by the platform team and which ones are taken care of by the dev team. I like this approach, because it forces every team to think end-to-end.
