The hard part now is synthesizing all the thoughts and making a diagram and getting feedback.

I do not think that there is a single and magic way to communicate strategy. I haven't tested Wardley Mapping yet, but I have my doubts. There are many learning styles, so IMO there is no a single formula that fits in all.
