What metrics / KPI's you have for the product team? Product as Platform would suggest have customer metrics, like every other product. But how do you track customer engagement when it's internal customers?

We are using the 4 Accelerate metrics (lead time, change failure rate, mean time to restore, deployment frequency) of our customers, plus a survey based engineering experience score.
I.e. we consider ourselves to be successful if we make our customers more productive and help them to create more resilient products.
