The more specific you get into the the types of work the more it becomes a checkbox. I spent ~8y helping define career frameworks as engineering grew at dbx, happy to chat through anything or connect you with others that built out career frameworks at high growth places

<@U03TJ0WG98C> oh one other thing we had a notion of “person ready” at the more senior levels. (6+) - this really was about emotional maturity and exceedingly hard to capture - we had a secondary document - think purely qualitative that senior director and VPs had to write as part of a promotion.
