Are there any defined roles for Platform Engineering and DevOps teams? There seems to be confusion across these two teams in an organization and I am looking for org that has tried and defined something that has worked for them in terms of roles and responsibilities. Type of access control for the two teams and escalation path model. How do application owners interact with these two teams?
