02/28/2023, 5:39 PMThe question from YouTube chat was a great question, to expand on it I was actually reading a blog post about it yesterday, the idea was to define a shared responsibility model much like AWS has to prevent the platform team from always being in firefighting mode, I thought it was a interesting idea.
