Adoption for sure -- though I've seen the numbers be poorly thought out. A classification or segmentation of your teams, then then percentages that a product or capability applies to is needed for targeted adoption goals, usually in a % focus ie "100% of <segment> adopts". I've used a KPI tree to link metrics that target friction in discovery or speed of adoption to show finer detailed impact
