These experiences are pretty validating. Just for some shared learning: • We do have seperate teams here, a 'developer platform' team that ends up doing a lot more new greenfield work while other teams like 'foundation' hold down the fort • It does seem like the reporting lines do make a difference. I wonder if anyone works in an org where Platform PM's report into product folks?
