This is a wonderful idea. Thank you guys for setting it up. Just a thought: will there be a way for people to label their roles in case some are not engineers but work in the industry? People like salespeople, tech writers, marketers, designers, etc.?

Thanks Christina! we did leave the form as open as possible to let everyone and not only engineers the possibility to fill it. We did not think about labelling tech/non tech, do you think it would make sense to put a label?

I think it would, personally. This is a niche industry and so non-tech people do build up a specialist knowledge that their peers outside the industry lack. I also know people looking for sales folks, writers, marketers, etc. and it would make it easier for me to send people their way if I see a match.
